A Site Safety Coordination Plan or Site Safety Management Plan is a legislative requirement for construction sites.
OH&S Plus has developed various compliant formats of Site Safety Plans to suit specific components of a construction project through to the whole project to meet legislative requirements. Site Safety Management Plans can be tailored to cover any aspect of your project.

OH&S Plus Founder and Principal Consultant, Gail Mathews is an Exemplar Global Certified OHSMS Lead Auditor and Quality Management System auditor and regularly performs and facilitates the following third-party Audits:

• Compliance auditing – auditing of the workplace to meet legislative requirements, specific codes, standards and ensuring compliance 
• Hazard Specific Audits – auditing for specific hazards and checking control methods to applicable legislative requirements, codes and standards
• O/WHS management system audit – auditing of the organisations existing hazard management policies and procedures, manuals and plans to AS4801 or AS/NZS ISO 45001 audit criteria.

OH&S Plus conduct independent  W/OHS inspections in your workplace to identify general and specific hazards that pose a risk to workers and other in the workplace and on work premises in accordance with AS4801 or AS/NZS ISO 45001and applicable legislative requirements.

With extensive experience in various workplace settings and industries we can provide you with valuable W/OHS inspection reports which itemises all identified hazards, with an action plan to incorporate in your W/OHS program. 

A compliant format of Safe Work Method Statements or Work Method Statements is required for all high risk work activities. Those activities may include working at heights, in confined spaces, electrical work, working near traffic, working with asbestos and many other high-risk work activities.

OH&S Plus has been developing Safe Work Method Statements for many of those activities and can assist you with guidance and advice.

Having completed the Drug and Alcohol Collector course (HLTPAT005), I am fully qualified, certified and equipped to  conduct on-site testing for alcohol as well as all major drug categories, which includes Methamphetamine, Amphetamines, Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates and Benzodiazepines. 

On-Site Alcohol Testing

I use a high-quality calibrated breathalyser to ensure efficient and dependable results. The breathalyser meets Australian Standard (AS 3547) and is shut down if it is out of calibration, so this can never be challenged.

On-Site Drug Testing

Oral fluid or urine screening - Drug screening samples that require further testing (non-negatives) after they are screened, are packaged and expressed to a NATA accredited laboratory for analysis and/or confirmation.
